The 1975, George Ezra, Brockhampton, Christine and the Queens, Idles and more are nominated for BRIT Awards

The 1975, George Ezra, Dua Lipa and Florence + The Machine are amongst the acts nominated for this year’s BRIT Awards.

Dua Lipa and Anne-Marie have scored the most nods, with four each. George Ezra then follows with three nominations, while Calvin Harris, The 1975, Little Mix, Tom Walker, Jess Glynne, Rita Ora, Clean Bandit, Florence + The Machine and Rudimental all have two each.

The Best British Group category sees The 1975 and Arctic Monkeys go head to head, alongside Gorillaz, Little Mix and Years & Years, while the Mastercard British Album of the Year will again be contested by The 1975, as well as Anne-Marie, Florence + The Machine, George Ezra, and Jorja Smith.

The Best British Breakthrough Act, which is decided by a public vote, will see IDLES battle Ella Mai, Jorja Smith, Mabel and Tom Walker, while Brockhampton and Twenty One Pilots are amongst the nominations for Best International Group.

The awards ceremony takes place on Wednesday, 20th February at London’s O2 Arena. You can read the full list of nominations below.
