The Amazons have dropped a new single, ‘Mother’.
It’s a track taken from their upcoming new album – the follow-up to their 2017 self-titled debut – due in the summer.
Frontman Matthew Thomson says: “In the age of social media we’re constantly told how to act, how to feel and how to think. This is a defiant song, challenging friends, gods and everyone in between.”
The band have a sold-out tour that kicks off later this week in Glasgow, and festival sets planned at Neighbourhood, Community and Reading & Leeds.
