The Go! Team are out on tour across the UK next week and in anticipation they’ve set us all some homework. They’ve just dropped a new video for their track ‘Mayday’, taken from their new album ‘Semicircle’ which was released this month.

The video’s director James Slater had this to say, “The video depicts a woman in trouble, heartbroken and trapped in a flood of her own tears. Like most of The Go! Team videos I’ve made, it’s a full-on, coffee-fueled collage of mixed media. This one is a collision of stop frame animation, archive flood disaster footage, rotoscoped singers, and a crestfallen girl, who are all framed behind a storm of paper tears.”
