The Killers are up to something in the desert, which probably means something new very soon indeed

All the signs point to something coming.
It looks like we can expect something new from The Killers very soon indeed.

Over the weekend, the band were tweeting photos from the desert, featuring Anton Corbijn. The Dutch photographer and director has previously worked with the band on a video for ‘All These Things That I’ve Done’ from their debut album ‘Hot Fuss’.

Following that up with a second tweet suggesting they were conducting a photoshoot, it’s one of several bits of information that suggest Brandon Flowers’ troupe may be about to make a move.

Earlier this month it was noted that Dave Fridmann’s website revealed he’d been “doing a mix for the Killers”, while the band had promised “an early glimpse of new material” for the band’s BST Hyde Park set later this summer.
