The Magic Gang have a fancy new zoetrope picture-disc coming this summer.
The team-up with Blood Records is for a ‘Death Of The Party (Bonus Edition)’, which features three additional tracks that were also recorded in Atlanta during sessions for their upcoming album.
A press release explains: “As the zoetrope picture disc spins on the turntables, the images printed on the record become animated, creating a mesmerising swirling psychedelic vision. The animation, by Laura Jayne Hodkin, will be further explored with a new music video that will be revealed soon.”
