Sound City have signed up The Reytons.
Also new the the bill are Dylan John Thomas, Michael Aldag, Swim Deep, Overpass, Skinny Living and Peaness.
They join the likes of Maisie Peters, SOFY and The Goa Express. The event will be held across a range of city-based venues in Liverpool from 28th-30th April.
