With Avatar: The Way Of Water now in cinemas, The Weeknd has unveiled his soundtrack contribution, ‘Nothing Is Lost (You Give Me Strength)’.

It is the Canadian singer’s first release since his fifth album, ‘After Hours’, dropped back in January, although his most recent outing was a ‘Best Friends’ remix featuring Summer Walker, which arrived in August.

The new movie is the sequel to 2009’s Avatar, which remains the highest-grossing film of all time, with The Weeknd featured as the only external collaborator in terms of soundtrack. His contribution is produced by composer Simon Franglen as well as Swedish House Mafia.
