Remixes are supposed to come after the track drop, right? Someone best tell that to the Wombats.
The band have just dropped a ‘new’ version of their recent single ‘Turn’. Featuring potential future pop star Dagny in a verse, it got a first play as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Beats 1 earlier today (2nd July).
It’s not the first time we’ve heard Dagny’s vocal take, though. Back in early May, it also appeared on an ayokay remix of the same track – which is actually Really Rather Good.

The song itself is taken from the band’s most recent album, ‘Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life’, which was released earlier this year. Currently on tour with Weezer and Pixies stateside, they’ll be back in the UK for Y Not, Reading & Leeds later this summer.
