The xx have announced a fresh Glasgow headline date

  • Dork News Desk
  • March 23, 2017
After rounding out a chunky headline run which included seven nights at London’s Brixton Academy amongst other dates – The xx have announced a new headline show, this time in Glasgow for this summer.

Taking place on August 30th, the trio will headline the city’s SWG3 Galvanisers Yard for a night that promises to contain a whole sea of magic moments, dipped in that xx magic which has us each and every time.

The xx are currently out and about on the road, supporting their latest studio LP ‘I See You’ which made its way out into the world in January. With huge nights lined up across the US and Canada, a series of European festival slots and even a headline slot at this year’s Bestival in the calendar – it’s safe to say 2017 is just going to keep getting bigger for ‘em.

Tickets for the Glasgow show are on sale from Friday (March 23rd).

We’re bringing the I See You tour to Glasgow. Our fan pre-sale has started. Access the pre-sale link at https://t.co/tPbV96JJ7W. xx The xx pic.twitter.com/OeSy5NYiJ9
