Theme Park announce second album, stream new song ‘I’ll Do Anything’

‘Is This How It Starts?’ is due in May.
Theme Park have announced the follow up to their self-titled debut.

‘Is This How It Starts?’ is due on 5th May via Recreation Records, preceded by single ‘I’ll Do Anything’, which you can wrap your ears around below.

“Without getting too philosophical, you’re always looking for stories and meanings in the blank space of life,” says frontman Miles Haughton. “Lots of the songs are about the start of relationships, the start of things, reading meaning into things, trying to find the stories.”

“[I’ll Do Anything’ is] about feeling a connection with someone when they’ve got a boyfriend,” he adds. “It’s nice to write a song from the point of view of a villain.”

The band will tour around the release, with a run that includes a night at London’s Oslo on 9th May:

MAY

9 London, Oslo

10 Manchester, Soup Kitchen

11 Glasgow, Hug & Pint

12 Leeds, Brudenell Social Club

13 Bristol, Exchange
