Tom Grennan has scored his first UK Number 1 album, as his second full-length ‘Evering Road’ hits the top of the charts on release.

The new album racked up over 17,000 ‘chart sales’ in its first week of release, 73% of which were made up of physical copies. Insert real music face here.

“Everybody, we’ve done it! ‘Evering Road’ is Number One! I can’t believe it,” Grennan said. “I’ve just got to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, it means the world.”

“It’s not down to me, it’s down to you. I just cannot believe it and I wish we could all celebrate together – these times are so tough, I know that – but we will be celebrating at the shows very, very soon.”

Tom forgot to add that all his success is down to his appearance on Dork’s flagship podcast-slash-radio-show Down With Boring, but we’re good enough to do that for him and to make sure you can check that episode out right here.
