Tove Lo has just dropped a brand new track, ‘Borderline’, co-written with Dua Lipa

It's her latest track since releasing 'Dirt Femme' last year.

Tove Lo is back with ‘Borderline’, and she’s co-written it with Dua Lipa.

After the immense success of ‘Dirt Femme’ last year, Tove Lo has joined forces with none other than Dua Lipa to write her latest banger, ‘Borderline’. Having teased the track across socials for the last week, Tove has dropped the track alongside a dark, apocalyptic music video. You can check it out below.

Speaking on her socials this week, Tove expressed her love for Dua: “This is the very first song we wrote together and the very start of our friendship so this feels extra special.”

On the track, Tove shared: “’Borderline’ is a song about being on the edge of love. The drama you cause inside yourself and with another person if you feel insecure. You test them. This song has existed for a long time and I’ve always felt it was incredibly special so getting to release it now has sort of a full circle feeling. Maybe that’s why it was the perfect song for Annie’s revenge video. I hope my fans love the bizarre love story that unfolds in this video, it’s my favourite kind of thing!“

You can listen to ‘Borderline’ here.
