Trout has shared a new single, ‘Garden’.

The track follows on from their recent drop ‘Gutter’ and the news that the Liverpool-based newcomer has signed to Chess Club Records.

Trout says of the track: “‘Garden’ is a song I wrote about developing a dependency on something, and over-relying on this day-to-day. I tried to romanticise this feeling in the song, and compare it to two people being in a codependent relationship. It’s about relying on something or someone else for your happiness, and being too comfortable with it to want to change things.”

Check it out below, and catch them live at Visions Festival (22nd July), Manchester YES (14th August) and Manchester Psych Fest (2nd September).
