Troye Sivan has dropped his new single, ‘Angel Baby’.

Taking inspiration from 90s boyband ballads, he explains: “‘Angel Baby’ is my crack at an adoring, doting, love struck, mega pop, gay, power ballad. I thought we needed a few more of those.”

The drop coincides with Troye’s appearance at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, taking place on Sunday 12th September. He’s also debuting the track live today (Friday, 10th September) at New York City’s Terminal 5 as part of MTV & Extra Gum Present: Push to the VMAs.

Check it out below. Troye’s most recent album ‘Bloom’ was released in 2018.
