TV Priest have signed to Sub Pop, dropped a new track ‘Decoration’

Originally set for release on 13th November, 'Uppers' will now shift back to a 5th February 2021 release date.

TV Priest have signed to Sub Pop for the release of their debut album.

Originally set for release on 13th November, ‘Uppers‘ will now shift back to a 5th February 2021 release date. But that’s okay – because you can read all about it, and them, in the new issue of Dork, out now.

Ahead of the record, the band have released a new track and video for ‘Decoration‘, which you can check out below.

“We often think of it as a ‘walking down the road’ song,” frontman Charlie Drinkwater explains, “like you’re strolling along a street and lots of little vignettes of life are coming your way.

“The absurd in the mundane feels apt too. Once again this sense of a kind of late capitalism, Ayn Rand style ‘personal progression’ being an utter myth. It’s all just Decoration! Probably a favourite from the record.”
