Ultimate Painting have announced their break up

They won't be releasing new album 'Up!' anymore.
Ultimate Painting have announced their break up.

“Anyone who has worked with us knows that the partnership at the core of this band has always been a very fragile thing,” writes the band’s Jack Cooper, “but due to an irreconcilable breakdown we will no longer be working with each other.”

Cooper goes on to state that new album ‘Up!’, which was announced earlier this year, will no longer be released.

Cooper formed one half of Ultimate Painting alongside James Hoare – the band forming after Cooper’s Mazes supported Hoare’s Voronica Falls. They released three albums – a self-titled debut in 2015, ‘Green Lanes’ in 2015 and ‘Dusk’ in 2016.
