Leeds three-piece VICTORS have shared a new single ‘How Can You Just Turn It Off?’.

Speaking about the track, VICTORS explain, “‘HCYJTIO?’ is the classic breakup tune. It’s about feeling abandoned by someone when you’d promised so much to each other. It’s about thinking back to all those plans you’d made for the future, and suddenly they’ve changed their mind and gone. A fan of ours had told me about their recent breakup with their fiancé, and I myself had just gotten out of a relationship in ‘messy’ circumstances, so I used both of these to get this one out onto the page. This one is for him.”

The track is taken from the band’s new concept EP ‘III’, set for release on Friday 29th October. Depicting different stages of a relationship, ‘How Can You Just Turn It Off?’ follows up on previous offerings ‘hey, u up?’ and ‘I Could Be Your World’.

The band have a trio of live shows coming up before the end of the year too. You can find those after the jump.
