Birmingham’s Violet have shared their second single.
The follow-up to debut ‘Feel’, ‘Jaded’ is another charming slice of fuzzy guitar-pop, and it’s out properly tomorrow, 23rd March via Holyhowl.
Luke Brickett Haycock says: “‘Jaded’ felt special, it was written in a trance like state where it all just kind of blossomed from out of nowhere one night. It’s about that feeling when something, whatever it is, gets ingrained and stuck in your head but you just want it gone and it doesn’t leave.”
The band are following the release with a bunch of live shows, including a night at Hoxton Square Bar in London. Catch them at:
APRIL
11 Hoxton Square Bar, London
21 Jericho Tavern, Oxford
27 O2Academy, B’ham
MAY
6 The Chameleon Arts Café, Nottingham
