Wallows have announced the release details for their second album, ‘Tell Me That It’s Over’.
The much anticipated follow up to 2019’s ‘Nothing Happens’ is set to arrive on 25th March, and was produced by the multi-GRAMMY Award winning Ariel Rechtshaid (Vampire Weekend, Haim, Adele).
The news comes alongside another taster in the form of new single, ‘Especially You’. Speaking about the track, Dylan Minnette explains: “It’s about when you’re in the early stages of a relationship and you get so worried that the other person’s mind will change at the flip of a switch. It’s about stressing over the smallest things for no reason, but it’s definitely self-aware about the fact that I’m doing this all to myself.”
You can check out a video for the track below.
The band are set to hit the road in support of the album throughout 2022 and early 2023. They’ll hit the UK in August for Reading & Leeds festivals – as well as a show at Liverpool’s O2 Academy – before returning in January of next year for a full European tour.
