Warpaint’s new album is finished and “just waiting to be released”

If it was a colour, it would be "rainbow."
Warpaint are sat on their new album, waiting for a release date according to a new interview with the band.

Stella Mozgawa and Emily Kokal took to Beats1 to talk about music in L.A. They also let slip that their new album, the followup to 2014’s self-titled, is “finished and just waiting to be released. Mixed and mastered. That’s all I know.”

“We did it really quickly for our standards. We made it in 4 months. it was really fun it’s a little more dancey, a little faster and groovier. It was exclusively made in Los Angeles, which the last record was not.”

Also, if the new album was a colour it would be “rainbow”, which isn’t really an anwser but what can you do.
