Watch The Shins play a couple of new songs live

They played 'Dead Alive' and 'Rubber Balls' while on their recent short UK run.
The Shins have been over in the UK playing shows in the last couple of days, with appearances at London’s Village Underground and End of the Road festival. While here, they’ve been playing a few new songs live.

Thankfully, someone has been on hand to make sure we get to check out a couple. Reddit user LostToTheLight captured a couple of fresh cuts at the Village Underground show on 2nd September. Titled ‘Dead Alive’ and ‘Rubber Balls’, you can check them out below.

We’re expecting a new album from The Shins in early 2017. Mostly because that’s what frontman James Mercer told us in a radio interview earlier this year.
