We Were Promised Jetpacks are going to release their new full-length this September

They've dropped new single ‘Hanging In’, too.

Off the back of their just-announced headline tour, We Were Promised Jetpacks have confirmed details of their new record.

Their first album in four years, ‘The More I Sleep the Less I Dream’ will be released on 14th September via Big Scary Monsters, preceded by the track ‘Hanging In’.

“The album is so much about us going back to our basics and relying on our instincts,” says Mike. “There’s a range of songs that span everything we do as a band, and we’re the connection between them. It feels like this album is us.”

They’ll kick off the headline run in Aberdeen on 14th November before playing Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester, finishing up at London’s Bush Hall on the 21st.

14 Aberdeen, The Lemon Tree
15 Glasgow, Saint Luke’s
18 Leeds, Brudenell Social Club
19 Manchester, The Deaf Institute
21 London, Bush Hall
