The Weeknd unveils new album ‘Starboy’ and title track collab with Daft Punk

The Canadian neo-pop superstar’s new album will drop on November 25th.
It’s been just over a year since The Weeknd unleashed his chart-conquering third LP ‘Beauty Behind The Madness’, but he’s already back in the race again with new album ‘Starboy’.

Set for release on November 25th, it’s being previewed by the title track itself – collaborating with none other than Parisian electro titans Daft Punk for a dark and glitchy number that shines a mirror at the murkier sides of success. In other words, it’s a soulful banger that already is sending shivers up our arms.

The Weeknd’s had a busy year in the studio, not only working with Daft Punk on his own lead single, but jumping in with Cashmere Cat on his latest track ‘Wild Love’ – so the chances of seeing the Cashmere one on ‘Starboy’ must be pretty high.
