Wood you believe it? Alex Lahey’s video for ‘Wes Anderson’ is a fairytale romance

Alex Lahey may have just delivered the video of the year with her latest clip for ‘Wes Anderson’.



We all remember the tales of Milky in Blur’s ‘Coffee And TV’ video – well now we have, erm Woody? The video tells the tale of a blissful romantic day between Alex and Woody, taking in a picnic, coffee, the beach, record shopping and a boat ride amongst others – in the sort of day that would sweep us right off our feet.



That is, if we weren’t already swept by Alex Lahey’s cracking bag of anthems, bringing together the sort of witty off-kilter pop and catchy guitar swoons that took Courtney Barnett to the top. With latest EP ‘B-Grade University’ out now, expect a blooming huge 2017 in the works.
