Wyldest has shared a new single, ‘The Best Is Yet to Come’

It follows-up on last year's album 'Monthly Friend'.

Wyldest – aka Zoe Mead – has shared a new single, ‘The Best Is Yet to Come’.

“This was written in the midst of isolation, friends and family were shuffling around moving away, changing,” she explains. “I chose to stay in the city, but could feel my world changing, disappearing in a way. However I suppose it was evolving into something different. Like many people during 2020/21 I felt a little trapped within my own existence, being resistant to change and resentful that people close to me were moving away, doing what they felt they needed to.”

‘The Best Is Yet to Come’ follows on from 2021’s album ‘Monthly Friend’. You can check out a video directed by previous collaborator Laurie Barraclough below.
