Yak test out the Deepfryer 2000 in their retro new video for ‘Fried’

Yak have released a new video for ‘Fried’.

It’s a track from second album ‘Pursuit of Momentary Happiness’, which is set to arrive tomorrow, Friday 8th February, via new label home Virgin EMI / Third Man Records.

“After we finished the first record I went off to Japan and then went to Australia and did some recording there,” says Oli Burslem of the record’s inception, in the new issue of Dork.

“We were just trying to keep everything together. By the time I got back to the UK, I was completely broke. I was like, oh shit. I had no house, two bags and a £205 car.”

Yak are set to support the release by heading out on tour this March and April. You can check out the dates, and the vid, below.
