Years & Years’ new track ‘Meteorite’ proves they’re still the dance-pop banger masters

It's taken from the soundtrack to the new Bridget Jones film.
Years & Years have dropped a new track, taken from the soundtrack to Bridget Jones’s Baby.

‘Meteorite’ is the first properly new music from the trio since their debut album back in July 2015. With work on album two set to start later this year, it proves they’re still in full-on-pop-banger form as they decamp to the studio.

“If there’s anyone I’d like to be it’s Bridget,” frontman Olly Alexander explains, “a wanton sex goddess with a very bad man between her thighs.”

Check out ‘Meteorite’ below.
