Yot Club has returned with a new double A-side, ‘Rock Candy’

The three-track release follows his debut album earlier this year.

Bedroom-pop star Yot Club has made quite the comeback with double A-side, ‘Rock Candy’.

The release features new single ‘feel good’, a cover of Suburban Lawns’ ‘anything’, as well as a remix of ‘cant celebrate’ by producer Blaketheman1000. ‘cant celebrate’ originally featured on Yot Club’s debut album, ‘off the grid’, which dropped earlier this year.

It’s been quite the year for Yot Club, rounded out by a performance at Iceland Airwaves recently. You can read Dork’s full review of the festival, including Yot Club’s set, here. The Mississippi native also just found out he has officially gone platinum, and performed a sold out headline in London — a quiet few months, then.

Discussing ‘feel good’ from the new release, Yot Club shares: “All of the songs on Off the Grid came together really quickly and naturally and I felt confident and excited about them from the jump. ‘feel good’ was a little different because I wasn’t sure what to think of it at first, and I worried that it didn’t fit in with the rest of the project. A couple of months later I came back to it and realised I really liked it. I’m excited to see what people think of it since it’s a little different from the rest of the album.”
