Check out another new bop from Zara Larsson, ‘Look What You’ve Done’

  • February 23, 2021

Current Dork cover-ledge Zara Larsson has debuted another track from her forthcoming megabop-masterpiece ‘Poster Girl’.

Titled ‘Look What You’ve Done’, it follows up on the already revealed ‘Talk About Love’, ‘Love Me Land’, ‘WOW’ and ‘Ruin My Life’ in previewing the record, which is set to drop next Friday (5th March).

Speaking about the track, Zara explains: “I love this song so much. I wanted to write about heartbreak, but in a way that was also empowering and positive. In my world being vulnerable is being strong, but on this one I’m saying ‘just LOOK at what you’ve done – I’m shining! You look like a piece of shit! It was important for me to have a song like this on Poster Girl.”

It’s not all Zara has been up to. She’s also announced details of a one-off global online concert on International Women’s Day (March 8th).

The live show will see songs from her new album ‘Poster Girl’ (set for release on 5th March) performed for the first time in a “unique setting” with explores “all sides” of Zara, of courtesy of Ikea.

Obviously, right?

“I am so excited to collaborate with Ikea on this performance on International Women’s Day,” Zara says. “I have always felt so passionately about equality and I’m excited to dedicate my first show in over a year to all the amazing women around the world. I have missed performing live so much during this time I hope my band, dancers and I can bring some sparkle and fun to your homes.”

The live-stream will air exclusively on Zara’s Youtube for a limited time, starting at 6PM GMT. Maybe she’ll be putting up some Billy bookcases in a Frank Ocean style? Probably not, though.

Hello, ‘Dear Reader’

We’d like to ask you for a small favour. We have never been read by more people (hurrah! – Ed), and yet, thanks to the way the ad-funded media market operates, we earn little (booo! – Ed). This publication costs time, money and work – and with proper foundations, we can continue to invest to make it bigger and better than ever before. If you’re able, we’d love it if you’d consider becoming a supporter today. It’ll only take a minute, and you’ll get loads of extra bits and pieces in return. If you’re unable – don’t worry; most pieces are available to read totally free of charge, and many more supporter only articles will unlock after a period of time. Thank you very much!
