About The Acacia Strain
The Acacia Strain is an American metalcore band formed in 2001 in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The band was originally composed of high school friends Vincent Bennett, Christopher Daniele, and Ben Abert, with Karrie Whitfield, Daniel "DL" Laskiewicz, and Daniel Daponde joining shortly after. They released their debut album, ...And Life Is Very Long, in 2002 through Devil's Head Records. The band is currently signed to Rise Records. Over the course of their career, The Acacia Strain has released thirteen full-length albums.
