total tommy has released her new single 'Amsterdam', the final preview of their debut album 'bruises', which arrives on Friday via Play It Again Sam.

The track draws inspiration from experiences in its namesake city. "I wrote this song in London last year, and went straight from the airport to the studio after a massive night in Amsterdam," total tommy's Jess Holt explains.

'bruises' was was written during a period of significant change for Holt, including a breakup, moving cities, coming out as queer, and meeting her now-wife.
