Vundabar have released their new single 'Life Is A Movie'

The garage-rock track explores a dark period for frontman Brandon Hagen.

Vundabar have released their new single, 'Life Is A Movie'.

The track follows on from recent drop 'I Got Cracked' via Loma Vista Recordings, which marked the Boston trio's first release with the label, and coincides with their North American tour.

Frontman Brandon Hagen says of the band's new material, which was inspired by a particularly traumatic time: "In a six week window that I could only describe as a careening crash landing, a long term relationship of mine imploded, my dad died, and I broke my arm in a hotel while on tour in Europe.

The new material follows their 2022 LP 'Devil For The Fire', which features online hit 'Alien Blue'.

Vundabar's upcoming North American tour includes performances at Music Hall of Williamsburg in New York City and El Rey in Los Angeles.
