About Astra Zero

Astra Zero ( born Dustin Nicholls ) is a queer Canadian alternative visual and musical artist blending industrial, pop, Alternative, Metal and club influences into something dark, aggressive, and unapologetically sexual. Drawing from 90s industrial and contemporary pop, his sound pairs distorted synths and heavy rhythms with explicit themes that push against the lack of queer representation in heavier music spaces.
