Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, born on March 10, 1994, is a Puerto Rican rapper, singer-songwriter, record producer, actor, and occasional professional wrestler known professionally as Bad Bunny. He is often referred to as the "King of Latin Trap" and has played a significant role in bringing Spanish-language rap to mainstream global audiences. Bad Bunny gained initial recognition in 2016 with his song 'Diles', which led to a recording contract with Hear This Music. He achieved further success with the Billboard Hot 100 number-one single 'I Like It', a collaboration with Cardi B and J Balvin, and the top-five single 'Mía' featuring Drake. His debut studio album, 'X 100pre' (2018), was included in Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. His second album, 'YHLQMDLG' (2020), became Spotify's most-streamed album of the year worldwide, with all 11 tracks charting simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100. His third album, 'El Último Tour Del Mundo' (2020), was the first all-Spanish language album to top the US Billboard 200, with its lead single 'Dakiti' reaching the top of the Billboard Global 200.
