Bring Me the Horizon is a British rock band formed in 2004 in Sheffield, England. The band consists of lead vocalist Oli Sykes, drummer Matt Nicholls, guitarist Lee Malia, and bassist Matt Kean. They are signed to RCA Records globally and Columbia Records in the United States. Their debut album, Count Your Blessings (2006), featured a deathcore sound. Starting with their second album, Suicide Season (2008), the band shifted towards metalcore. Their third album, There Is a Hell Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven Let's Keep It a Secret. (2010), increased their international recognition while maintaining their metalcore style and incorporating influences from classical music, electronica, and pop. Their fourth album, Sempiternal (2013), was their first to achieve Gold certification in Australia and Silver in the UK. The fifth album, That's the Spirit (2015), debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart and the US Billboard 200. Their sixth studio album, Amo (2019), became their first UK chart-topper.
