Coco Jones, born Courtney Michaela Ann Jones on January 4, 1998, is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She first appeared on the competition series Radio Disney's Next Big Thing in 2010 and 2011. Following her participation, she signed with Hollywood Records and was cast in Disney Channel properties, including the sketch comedy So Random! and the sitcom Good Luck Charlie. Her breakthrough role was as Roxanne "Roxy" Andrews in the 2012 Disney Channel Original Movie Let It Shine, where she also contributed vocals to the soundtrack. After a period away from recording, she resumed her music career in 2022, signing with High Standardz and Def Jam Recordings. Her single 'ICU' was released in October 2022 and became her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100, earning platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The song also won the Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, where she received a total of five nominations, including one for Best New Artist. In the same year, she was cast in the starring role of the Peacock drama series Bel-Air, which aired from 2022 to 2025.
