Yard Act
Déyyess (she/they) is a singer-songwriter from the UK. In 2016, she released her first song, 'Guns', now removed from streaming platforms. Over the course of the next few years, they would continue to release songs, until eventually removing them all from streaming platforms and starting anew in November 2023, when she released the song 'Cherry Pie (i think i love you)' and began a new phase of her career. This single was followed by two more, 'Bored Again' and 'And When The Flowers Bloom', both released in the first half of 2024. In August of the same year, the single 'Claire' was released, and, after two more singles followed in suit, Déyyess's first EP, titled 'Claire' was released on Valentine's Day 2025. The EP consists of singles 'Claire', 'if i was ur boy' and 'love u (from afar)', as well as a new track 'every time'. Déyyess's songs are mostly about sapphic relationships and experiences.
