The songwriter unveils first taste of her Nettwerk Music Group debut.

The track is accompanied by a video that Fenne co-directed with Jim Larson, and will feature on her second LP, out April 14th via Dead Oceans.

The new single is inspired by the poem 'The Horse That Had a Flat Tire' by Richard Brautigan.

The news comes alongside new single 'Lights Light Up'.

Fenne Lily has accidentally made a record that’s very on-the-nose for 2020. Before anyone had even muttered “oh my god, what does self-isolating mean??” she holed herself up to pen an album that focuses on loneliness and mental health.

"Dad, if you’re reading this you killed it as shopper number 2."

Set to arrive via Dead Oceans on 18th September, the news comes alongside a brand new single and video for 'Alapathy'.

It's her first for new label Dead Oceans.
"The title seems more relevant than ever," she says.

Fenne Lily makes tunes that are heartbreaking yet wonderfully hopeful.
