

Josef Ignatius Salvat is an Australian singer and songwriter born on 28 October 1988. He gained international recognition with the release of his EP In Your Prime in 2014, which featured a cover of Rihanna's song 'Diamonds' that reached number two in France and was used in a Sony Bravia commercial. Salvat has released music in both English and French and has collaborated with artists such as Gryffin and Paloma Faith, co-writing the song 'If Loving You Was Easy' for her album Infinite Things. His debut album, Night Swim, was released in 2015. He followed with the albums Modern Anxiety in 2020 and Islands in 2022.
