Lisa, born Risa Oribe on June 24, 1987, is a Japanese singer and songwriter from Seki, Gifu. She signed to Sacra Music under Sony Music Artists. She began her musical career as the vocalist of the indie band Chucky. After Chucky disbanded in 2008, she moved to Tokyo to pursue a solo career. In 2010, she made her major debut singing songs for the anime series Angel Beats! as one of two vocalists for the fictional band Girls Dead Monster. Her debut solo mini-album, Letters to U, was released in April 2011. She has performed at events such as Animelo Summer Live, Anime Expo, and Anime Festival Asia. Lisa's songs have been used as theme music for anime including Fate/Zero, Sword Art Online, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Her singles have frequently charted in the top ten of the Oricon weekly charts. The single 'Crossing Field' was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan, and 'Oath Sign' was certified gold.
