It's a song about things normal people do.

Lovejoy is an English indie rock band formed in Brighton in 2021. The band includes lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist William Gold, lead guitarist Joe Goldsmith, drummer Mark Boardman, and bassist Ash Kabosu. All members share songwriting duties. Their debut EP, Are You Alright?, was released on 8 May 2021, followed by Pebble Brain on 14 October 2021, and Wake Up & It's Over on 12 May 2023. Their debut album, One Simple Trick, was released on 3 October 2025. The band releases music independently under their own label, Anvil Cat Records, with distribution through AWAL.
