Paris Texas have dropped a second surprise EP, 'They Left Me With A Gun'
Paris Texas drops experimental six-track EP alongside world tour dates supporting Tyler, The Creator and Lil Yachty.

Paris Texas is an American alternative hip hop duo from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2018 by rapper-producers who perform under the pseudonyms Louie Pastel and Felix. They operate as an independent musical act, self-publishing under their own LLC brand and label, with additional support from the American distributor The Orchard. The duo's name references the 1984 road film Paris, Texas, directed by Wim Wenders. Their music combines elements of rap and hip-hop with guitar-driven sounds from alternative rock genres such as grunge, punk, metal, emo, and new wave. Critics have compared their output to that of OutKast, King Krule, and Cities Aviv. Louie Pastel and Felix have cited influences including N.E.R.D, The Cool Kids, RxKNephew, Say Anything, Dance Gavin Dance, Snubnose Frankenstein, and Chance the Rapper. After releasing their first EP, I'll Get My Revenge in Hell, in 2018, they experienced an extended hiatus before gaining significant exposure leading up to their debut mixtape, Boy Anonymous, in 2021.
