The fin. and more Japanese indie acts are going to perform a showcase at The Great Escape
Japanese indie acts including The fin., She Her Her Hers, VivaOla, and Ålborg will perform at Brighton's One Church during The Great Escape festival.
THE FIN.
About The fin.
The fin. is a two-piece indie rock band from Kobe, Japan. The band consists of lead vocalist Yuto Uchino and bassist and former drummer Kaoru Nakazawa. It was formed in 2012 by Uchino, Nakazawa, guitarist Ryosuke Odagaki, and original bassist Takayasu Taguchi. Their first song, 'Faded Light,' was released on SoundCloud in November 2012. The band's style has been described as a blend of synth-pop and shoegaze from the 1980s and 1990s, combined with contemporary American indie-pop and chillwave.
