Have you ever had a nemesis who didn't know they were your nemesis?

Yes, myself… and then one day I was like, "Oh girl, we gotta work on this self-love thing!"

What food do you irrationally hate even though you've never properly tried it? 

I was out to dinner earlier, and someone at a table nearby ordered chicken liver mousse. I can't even type that without feeling angry.

What's your most niche, useless talent?

Being able to talk with my mouth closed. 

If your childhood bedroom could talk, what's the one thing you hope it wouldn't say?

"Why did you ever take down the palm tree mural? We loved her."

Have you ever seen a ghost?

I have a Pisces stellium, so I seek out all things mystic and witchy. Yes to having seen a ghost. Wild experience. 

What's a food combo you swear by, even though everyone else thinks it's cursed?

I don't know if people think it's cursed, but a Fletcher family holiday favourite is celery stuffed with cream cheese and olives. It's one of my favourite things on the planet. 

What's the pettiest hill you'll absolutely die on?

Honestly, this is niche and only people from New Jersey will understand this one… but that it is called pork roll and not Taylor ham. Look up the lore if you must. 

What is your earliest memory?

Oh wow. I was probably about 3. My grandma and I pitched a tent in her living room? And we were playing hide and go seek with my grandpa. I remember hiding in the tent and this crazy vivid memory of me and my Grammy holding in our laughter so my Poppy wouldn't find us. As if a tent in a living room wasn't the most obvious hiding place in the world. Made me smile writing that. 

How far could you run, if your life depended on it?

I mean if your life depends on it, you can do anything. People develop all sorts of crazy superpowers when adrenaline kicks in. However, running is one thing I really do not enjoy, so hopefully I could survive with a mean power walk? Is that an option. 

What's a red flag you happily ignore in yourself?

That I sleep with socks on most of the time. I'm very aware that it is like a criminal act. 

What's something you secretly wish people asked you about more often?

I wish, as adults, we still asked each other, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" So we keep giving ourselves and each other permission slips for our dreams to evolve. 

What's something you own that you're a little bit embarrassed to love as much as you do?

Honestly, nothing - we're leaving being embarrassed in the past. I don't really get embarrassed by much anymore. Feel like I've laid my whole life out there at this point. 

What was your most unhinged fan era for another artist?

My unhinged fan eras were all in middle school. I had an unhealthy Jonas Brothers obsession. And I was also deeply obsessed with Lady Gaga and went to so many of her shows. 

If you could only eat one type of cheese for the rest of your life, which one would it be?

This feels cruel. Might be an unpopular choice, but I think goat cheese, actually. It just feels quite versatile, you know what I mean? 

If you could have a cameo in any historical event, where would you pop up?

Girl I am going back to whenever the hell pyramids in Egypt were built. It's one of the greatest mysteries in existence as to how those were actually built. I want answers. 

What's the weirdest thing you believed as a child?

That the world was truly going to end on December 21st 2012 because of the Mayan Calendar. Anyone else? 

If we gave you $10, what would you spend it on?

Some sexy incense. 

What's the dumbest injury you've ever had?

Just touring battle scars. Rolled ankles from jumping off stages or neck muscle strains from banding my head and whipping my hair too hard, lol.

 What did you last dream about?

I just checked my Notes app 'cause I write all my dreams down, and I haven't dreamt in a while, actually. When I'm going through a lot in life, I don't dream as much. Hoping they come back soon. A lot of my dreams usually end up happening in real life. 

If you could read the mind of one person, who would it be?

Toss up between a younger me when music still felt like magic; I'd try to remember what it felt like before all the noise. And then the version of me 5 years from now. Just to see what she held onto and what she let go of.

What was your worst-ever attempt at being cool?

Just any time I ever made myself smaller to make other people feel comfortable. 

Have you ever had a crush on a fictional character?

I feel like my earliest was Ariel from The Little Mermaid, followed by Miss Jennifer in Jennifer's Body. 

What is the best present you've ever been given?

I'm more of a quality time girl than I am for anything material. The best presents have just been time spent with the people I adore most in this world. Experiences and presence hold so much more value for me. 

How punk are you out of ten?

I question systems, value truth over comfort and have a deep need to live authentically, even if it pisses other people off. That's quite punk to me, but also calling yourself punk feels somehow extremely not punk. I also like herbal tea and cuddling, so maybe a solid five these days. 

What's the weirdest thing in your Notes app right now?

I have over 7,000 notes that date back to when I got my first ever phone, so... I just checked, and the first thing ever written is an insanely dramatic ass song I wrote. Start ‘em young. 

What was the last thing you broke?

My silence after being offline for half a year. About to share a lot more with my forthcoming album 'Would You Still Love Me If You Really Knew Me?'.

If you could win a lifetime supply of anything, what would you choose?

Mmmm, a lifetime supply of creative freedom with no fear of being dissected or misunderstood. 

If you had to have one word tattooed on your face, what word would you have?

Have you ever accidentally started a rumour?

No, but I've been the subject of an insurmountable number of them, so I feel like that's enough.

I compulsively check my Chani astrology app to see what the planets are doing to justify how I'm feeling.
