Dance Gavin Dance have announced they’re back in the studio, working on their eighth album - the follow up to their latest studio effort, 2015’s ‘Instant Gratification’, and their upcoming live album. They revealed the news with a simple tweet (below), that contains a studio picture alongside the caption: “It has begun #DGD8”. The Sacramento, California group will release ‘Tree City Sessions’ on 13th May through Rise Records. It features a collection of twelve fan-favourites recorded live in the band’s hometown.
