Nieve Ella isn't shutting up but will 'Drive' in Dork's latest episode of Before Doors
Stopping off at The Lower Third in London during her sold-out run of tiny rooms that saw tickets vanish in about ten minutes, Nieve Ella takes ‘Drive’ for a spin before anyone else got in.
Before Doors is Dork’s new audio-visual habit of turning up early and poking around where we probably shouldn’t. It’s all about catching artists in that pre-show window: soundchecking, half-tuned, maybe mid-sip of some refreshing adult fizzy pop, but definitely not doing the big stage version yet. The Itch, Cruz Beckham and Antony Szmierek have already had a go. Now it’s Nieve Ella’s turn.
Stopping off at The Lower Third in London during her sold-out run of tiny rooms that saw tickets vanish in about ten minutes, Nieve took ‘Drive’ for a spin before anyone else got in. It’s her first new music of 2026 and it doesn’t hang about. Written in a blink-and-you-miss-it session with Finn Marlow and Jamie Rendle, it smashes her pop instincts into her indie roots like Dominic Toretto with a bucket over his head. Consider this your unofficial early entry.
