About Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande-Butera, born June 26, 1993, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is known for her four-octave vocal range, which extends into the whistle register. Grande's career began in the Broadway musical 13 in 2008 and she gained prominence as Cat Valentine in the Nickelodeon series Victorious from 2010 to 2013 and its spin-off Sam & Cat from 2013 to 2014. After signing with Republic Records, she released her debut studio album, Yours Truly, in 2013, which debuted atop the Billboard 200. Her subsequent albums, My Everything (2014) and Dangerous Woman (2016), incorporated electronic elements and achieved international success, producing singles such as "Problem," "Break Free," "Bang Bang," "One Last Time," "Into You," and "Side to Side." Personal struggles influenced her later albums, Sweetener (2018) and Thank U, Next (2019), which included trap elements. Publications such as Rolling Stone and Billboard have recognized her as one of the greatest artists in history. Time included her on its list of the world's 100 most influential people in 2016 and 2019.
