ALEXISONFIRE

Alexisonfire is a Canadian post-hardcore band formed in St. Catharines, Ontario, in 2001. The band members include George Pettit (vocals), Dallas Green (vocals, rhythm guitar, keyboards), Wade MacNeil (lead guitar, vocals), Chris Steele (bass), and Jordan Hastings (drums, percussion). Their debut album, 'Alexisonfire', released in 2002, featured the single 'Pulmonary Archery'. Their second album, 'Watch Out!', came out in 2004 and achieved commercial success in Canada. The third album, 'Crisis', released in 2006, debuted at number one on the Canadian Albums Chart. Their fourth album, 'Old Crows / Young Cardinals', released in 2009, incorporated a heavier and more experimental sound. The band disbanded in 2011 but reunited for a series of shows before reforming in 2015. In 2022, they released 'Otherness', their first full-length album in over a decade. Their albums have been certified gold or platinum in Canada.
