Peace are an English indie rock band formed in Worcester. The band consists of brothers Harry and Sam Koisser. They began to receive critical attention in early 2012, with publications such as The Guardian and NME comparing them to bands including The Maccabees, Foals, Wu Lyf, and Vampire Weekend. They were associated with the B-Town movement, which also included bands like Swim Deep, Jaws, and Superfood. Their first single, 'Follow Baby,' was self-released in April 2012 as 500 7-inch vinyl copies. Subsequently, they signed with Columbia Records and released their debut extended play, 'EP Delicious,' on 7 September 2012. Their debut studio album, 'In Love,' was released on 25 March 2013, with the lead single 'Wraith' released on 13 January 2013. On 9 December 2012, the BBC announced that Peace had been nominated for the Sound of 2013 poll. The band is not to be confused with the zamrock band the Peace, active in the 1970s, or the CCM band Peace led by Dan Peek during the 1990s.
