SWIM DEEP

Swim Deep are an English indie pop band formed in Birmingham in 2011. The band was initially composed of Austin Williams, Tom Higgins, and Wolfgang J. Harte. Harte left the band in late 2012 and was replaced by Cavan McCarthy. James Balmont joined as a live member in 2013 and became a full member in 2014. In 2018, Zachary Robinson and Tom Higgins left the band before recording their third album. Thomas Fiquet and Robbie Wood joined the band for the recording of their third album, 'Emerald Classics'. The band has been associated with the Digbeth-based B-Town scene. They began recording their debut album, 'Where the Heaven Are We', in Brussels in late 2012, and it was released on 5 August 2013. Their second album, 'Mothers', was released on 2 October 2015. Their third album, 'Emerald Classics', was released on 4 October 2019.
